Account & Profile

How do I create a DanceUP account?
Click Sign Up on the homepage and enter your name, email address, and a password. You'll be signed in immediately after registering — no email verification required to get started.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click Forgot password? and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to reset your password. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
How do I update my profile information?
Go to your Profile page from the dashboard menu. You can update your name, email, and other details there. Changes are saved immediately.

Classes & Bookings

How do I book a class?
Browse classes from the Classes page, select a class, and click Book. If the class uses credits, one credit will be deducted from your balance. You'll receive a confirmation once your booking is complete.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set by each individual studio. Review the studio's policy on the class detail page before booking. Contact the studio directly if you need to make changes to an existing booking.
Where can I see my upcoming and past bookings?
Visit your Dashboard to see a summary of your activity, or go to Purchase History for a full record of your transactions and class credits.

Credits & Packages

What are class credits?
Class credits are a balance you accumulate by purchasing packages. Each class you book deducts one credit from your balance. Credits are tied to a specific studio's packages and cannot be transferred between studios.
How do I purchase a package?
Navigate to a studio's Packages page and select the package you'd like. You can pay with a saved card on file or enter new payment details via our secure checkout. Credits are added to your account immediately after payment.
Are packages refundable?
Package purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been issued. If you have a special circumstance, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
How do I cancel a subscription package?
Subscription packages can be managed from your Dashboard. Cancel anytime before your next billing date to stop future charges. You'll retain access to your remaining credits until the end of the current billing period.

Payments & Billing

How do I save a payment method?
Go to your Dashboard and scroll to the Payment Methods section. Click Add Card to securely save a card via Stripe. Saved cards can be used for future purchases with a single click.
How do I remove a saved card?
In your Dashboard under Payment Methods, click Remove next to the card you'd like to delete. This also removes the card from Stripe securely.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider. DanceUP never stores your full card number or CVV on our servers.
